HUNTER SERVICES
New Mexico Department of Game and Fish regulations require that this contract be signed and one copy returned to ElkGuyd’s Big Game Hunting Service if you apply for any draw hunt using our outfitter number (3337). Use of this number on your application ensures your entry will be processed through the outfitter pool and your odds of drawing may be increased. You are, by use of this number agreeing to use our services in some capacity as outlined below. An application must be submitted before anyone can use EBGHS’s outfitter number for the NMDGF lottery draw. Anyone that uses EBGHS’s outfitter number without a contract and/or without prior permission will be subject to have their lucky draw hunt revoked.
Hunt Packages available from ElkGuyd’s Big Game Hunting Service: (Note: a $500 successful draw fee applies to all hunt packages and must be mailed to ElkGuyd’s Big Game Hunting Services as soon as the results are in. The $500 will be deducted from your total cost of your selected hunt package).
“ Partially-guided Hunting Service Package” (one hunter to one guide)(2-days guided)
*$2,000.00 (5-day hunt) Boarding accommodations (either tent style or RV lodging), breakfast, lunch, supper, cooks, camp services, cots, camp supplies, maps, plus 2-days of guide service. (also included in this package is: retrieval of downed animal and quartering of the meat. Note: This cost does not include processing of the meat. (Approx. cost for an elk is about $225.00)
“Semi-guided Hunting Service Package”(one hunter to one guide)(3-days guided)
*$2,500.00 (5-day hunt) Boarding accommodations (ranch house), breakfast, lunch, supper, cooks, camp services, bedding, cots, camp supplies, maps plus 3 days of guide service. (also included in this package is: retrieval of downed animal and quartering of the meat. Note: This cost does not include processing of the meat. (Approx. cost for an elk is about $225.00)
“Fully guided Hunting Service Package”(one hunter to one guide)(5-days guided)
*$3,500.00 (5-day hunt) Boarding accommodations (either wall tent style or RV lodging), breakfast, lunch, supper, cooks, camp services, bedding, cots, camp supplies, maps, 5 days guiding plus retrieval of downed animal and quartering of the meat. Note: This cost does not include processing of the meat. (Approximate cost for elk processing is about $225.00)
Terms: a $50 non-refundable application license processing fee must accompany each hunter application in order to be able to use ElkGuyd’s Big Game Hunting Service in the New Mexico lottery draw pool. 50% of the quoted price will be due by July 15, 2012. The balance will be due upon arrival of your selected hunt.
Refunds: A $250 cancellation fee will be charged if the contract is cancelled before 30 days of hunt date. A $500 cancellation fee will be charged if your hunt is cancelled with less than 30 days of your hunt start date.
* Note: State Hunting License fees, transportation to and from the airport is not included in the above rates. Additional hunt package rates based on your needs and the size of your group will be considered. ElkGuyd’s Big Game Hunting Service will provide the above-described services for the quoted price and in accordance with all applicable NM Department of Game and Fish regulations.
